最近這幾天有一些些低潮。除了身體有點不適之外，也開始對我自己的未來有了一些擔憂。🙄🙄🙄

「我接下來要做什麼呢？我可以為這個世界，為需要幫助的人們，給點什麼呢？我能為我愛的人事物帶來什麼正面影響呢？」

.
我已經玩了六十多個國家了。在過去這三年間，好多好多的人給了我愛與幫忙。有許多人因為我很愛海，就帶我潛水帶我駕帆船帶我看遍許多美麗的生物與景色。有許多人因為知道我的眼疾，也主動伸出手來幫忙我，鼓勵我，並請我分享我如何面對困境而不失樂觀的心。❤❤❤
開始覺得一向四處奔波的我，應該是要回歸社會，開始想想我自己能帶來的價值，或者能回報給大家什麼了。💪💪💪

但是，我能做點什麼呢？

我是個幹細胞科學家，是個美國專利師，是個戶外運動冒險家，是馬拉松跑者，是鼓吹性平女權者，是個專欄作家，也是個環境保育及海洋愛好者。這些都是過去這些年來，別人給我的稱呼。我該如何整合我所擁有的資源與知識，來給這個社會帶來什麼回饋呢？🤔🤔🤔
我還不清楚我未來會走向哪裡，但我知道，只要心中充滿了愛與關懷，還有樂觀與正面的想法，只要我繼續做著我愛做的事，我會自然走出一條屬於我自己的路的。

I have been a bit quiet in the past few days. Other than feeling a bit physically fatigue, I am also a bit worried about my future.🙄🙄🙄

"What should I do next? What can I give to the world and those who need help? What kind of positive influence can I bring to those I love dearly?"

I have traveled to more than 60 countries. In the past three years, so so so many people gave me so much love and help. Some people took me diving or sailing to see many wonderful animals and sceneries only because I love ocean and nature. Some people pro-actively offered help and encouragement, and asked me to share how I remain optimistic when facing hardships in life.❤❤❤
I start to feel that after all this world wandering, it may be about time to return to the society, and start to think about what kind of values or else I can give to everyone.💪💪💪

But, what exactly should I do?

I am a stem cell scientist, a pre-patent agent, an outdoor activity adventurer, a marathon runner, a sex-positive and equality advocate, a column writer, an environmental conservation enthusiast and an ocean lover. These are the titles I have been given in the past years. How can I integrate all my resources and skill sets to give back to the community?🤔🤔🤔
I am still not sure where I will end up at in the future, but I know that as long as my heart is full of love and compassion, as well as optimism and positive thoughts, as long as I keep doing what I love, I will eventually find a path that calls my name.
